Fairly sturdy / can fit two adults just fine. Lots of room underneath (though not a lot of headroom) and the desk is very nice.
I can fit both of my (small/ish) dressers underneath, a small rug, and a chair for the desk.
Note that the cork board is very thin and holds things up very tenuously.
Overall a good purchase.
