The box showed up damaged and thete were several marred pieces once opened. The packing inside (tons of Styrofoam) took the brunt of the damage and the resulting damage created a larger amount of Styrofoam derbies that were prone to static and near impossible to clean up.
All the parts were there and the assembly was one might expect for a put it together yourself item of this nature.
The item is extremely heavy and was a struggle to carry and move about and the shipper truly should seriously consider making it a two part bundle (1/2 in one box 1/2 in a second box.) of help customers who might not have the strength to manage such a hefty package.
The casters are plastic or HARD rubber and it might scuff some fine wood floors, and it might be better to replace them with softer rubber wheels. That having been said, they seem to roll and swivel well enough.
For my use i opted to NOT install the towel rack, nor the spice rack as they made the unit look cheap and looked added on as an after thought. Doing so left the pre/drilled hold for the attachment hardware exposed and thete are NO cosmetics plugs to fill/hide them included in the parts.
The stainless steel top on this model looks great, but is easily marred/scratched if anything hard (glass bowl, serving platter, etc.) is placed on it. I have opted to place a runner atop of it before placing ANYTHING on the surface.
Over all it seems sturdy, and everything appears to be in working order, and the capacity is adequate for its size.
FYI., it is NOT advisable to use in a smaller kitchen, as fully assembled, it is a sizable piece.
