We had a flood shorty after I ordered this product for my daughter. Package arrived in three shipments so hard to keep track of what’s what! Put life on pause to clean up flood. Unboxed first box and mirror wasn’t damaged. Left two other boxes unopened thinking of the mirror wasn’t cracked everything else should be ok. WRONG. Lights don’t work and main piece that supposed to support the desk is broken. Contacted the company. It shipped on May 5th. Again arrived in 3 shipments this last month but they won’t honor any warranty because they go by purchased date. Buyer beware. Check all three boxes. I paid 350 for this piece of garbage. I told the company all they had to do was send me one replacement piece. They have yet to respond. Technically it shipped May 5, today is June 7…I didn’t even get all three boxes at the same time! Shame on them. It’s just beyond 30 days after it shipped. Talk about spitting hairs! It’s one freaking piece…I did not mention the lights because my kid plugged them in and said they didn’t work…not that it matters..I missed the 30 day bull crap service run around!
