Nice bunk bed/missing pieces/no contact from seller.
Missing parts. Customer service very hard to get a hold of. Package delivered to wrong address. Had to go pick up bunkbeds from the other location. These boxes were over 80lbs each. Just really annoyed I cant get a hold of anyone to get the missing parts to put this bed together. The espresso finish is beautiful and the bunkbeds are a perfect size. Just really upset with not being able to talk to someone. Quality of is very good other than this issue.
