Arrived in perfect condition and looks exactly like the picture. Already assembled. Fit perfectly under my desk without the casters. I expected this because I measured my space prior to ordering. My only complaint is the lock is tricky. A few times I had difficulty unlocking the cabinet. I no longer lock it. You wont be dissatisfied
