First of all, I can get the frame sent, but the futon mattress says it cannot be delivered to my address. (Same billing address)
Secondly the frame will start making squeaky noises when the bolts needs to be tighten. So every time it does we retighten the bolts. (Uses Allen wrench which comes with the package.) Yet it is working for my family. Perfect size and color for my needs.
