We set this up in our guest room and really love it. The bed is sturdy and was not difficult to put together. there are a lot of parts and it is time/consuming, but the directions are clear and the parts are all labelled well. The futon transforms from couch to bed much more easily than our old futon frame, and Ive been impressed with the way that the mattress stays put on the frame in its couch/form without sliding off. Very simple and beautiful design.
