The loveseat wasnt hard to put together. The fabric itself looks like linen, and the slate is a medium tone. The seat is a lot more relaxed than stated. I believe the green dot is directly in the middle of the Relaxed/ Upright scale. I would move it one more towards Relaxed as the seat inclines backwards and is not neutral.
Description says fabric is stain resistant and to clean with a dry cloth. This is not true. Ive had the sofa for 4 months now and there are stains on it. When looking back at the description it says Stain Resistant, but avoid moisture. So basically its not stain resistant, because there are no stains that didnt come from liquid spilling on it. If you purchase, spray Scotchgard or something similar on it before you put it to use. Make sure you test a small area first.
I also recently adopted a kitten. He has clawed at the furniture a little, and I cant really tell because of the fabric texture, so thats a plus. However, I trim his nails weekly, and hes not full grown yet, so not sure how it would hold up to an adult cat.
Overall its a mediocre piece that fits in a working class budget. However I still wouldnt recommend you try buying it
