We have a disabled family member who needs a higher and firm sofa seat, as well as a firm back / this sofa is perfect. Not too firm yet firm enough, the color is a dark grey and the quality of the piece is outstanding.
We ordered late Thursday PM and received it first thing Saturday AM (less than 36 hrs after ordering), the delivery was quick and easy, the drivers / friendly and attentive.
The sofa has a zippered area underneath where the legs are stored to be unscrewed and attached to the sofa, it was so easy, we put the legs on ourselves. The sofa was delivered in a box and inside of the box the sofa was protected with foam and plastic to protect the sofa during shipment. The delivery vehicle was here less than 5 minutes / Wow!

Note the sofa itself is a Loveseat, its not too big, nor is it too small its just right. The seat cushion measure from left to right 52.5, the sides make up the difference to get to the 78 + overall including the arms (each Tufted side is approx., 11.5) which adds an elegant look and the arms are firm and flat to lean on.
