First off, the bed is nice, especially for the price. It only took an hour or two to assemble and assembly was pretty easy. I will have to add more slats to support my mattress but Ive had to do that on other beds Ive owned so this isnt a surprise and not really a big deal to me.
I want to mention the customer service because it was exceptional. I accidentally ordered the wrong bed. The frame was the same but I wanted a different headboard. I contacted them about my error and they went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasnt even their fault and didnt even charge me. 10/10 customer support! very sturdy and stylish
