Safe arrived securely packaged and undamaged. I found it easy to unpack and shimmy into place. I secured it to a wall and onto the floor / pretty sturdy. The safe opens quickly using the keypad or fingerprint reader. I did have a slight problem opening it initially and contacted Langger. Their customer service is responsive and I got my answer quickly. Not a problem whatsoever. For my needs, the safe is excellent.
