    Frame broke after 6 months / but great customer service

    Update, Jan 24, 10pm Upgraded my rating from 1 star to 4 stars: Yesterday (Saturday) I received an email from the seller apologizing for the problem and asking for photos to help identify the part that broke. I did send photos, and today, Sunday evening, I received the sellers offer to send a new bed as a replacement to the one that broke / no need to send the broken one. So, I hope that the bed that broke after 6 month of use is a rare outlier. But so far, the sellers customer service (thank you, Stephanie!) has been outstanding. I will update again after we receive the new bed. We purchased this bed 6 months ago (Aug 2020). Used by a single person, 170lbs. As you can see, it snapped suddenly at the point that is most often used when sitting on the bed, suggesting that the wood quality is not suited for the job. Tried to contact the seller via the app and got a response from that there is a problem with the recipients email / so, no way to contact the seller and request they send a replacement bar. Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.
