Had a little issue with the bed itself due to rust and chipping so I contacted who reached out to the seller for me. To my surprise I had an email within minutes of getting off the phone. They were very helpful and understanding that this was supposed to be something for my son and his mini gamer room I was trying to put together. Unfortunately the product wasnt going to be in stock again till way after Christmas in which I said I couldnt wait because my son needed a bed cause he has been sleeping on our couch till his room is fully redone. They were aming and gave me a full refund and told me because I had an upsetting experience I didnt need to return the item. Im very pleased with how this seller runs their business. Your met with very courteous and professional service. Thank you for everything and all the understand. It is just excellent!!
