When I started shopping for a futon, I didnt know what to look for. But, after much research I noticed that the brand seemed to have the best reviews. So, I took a chance and went for it. The shipment tracking was not accurate, but it did arrive when they said it would. You should find that assembly is easy if you have assembled before. If this is your first assembly project, set some time aside and order lunch. I am very pleased with it. My daughter slept on it for over a month during the Christmas holidays and said it was comfortable (for a futon).
The only thing that I have an issue with is that it is difficult to put it back into the sitting position with one person. If you take the cushion/mattress off, it can be done but who wants to do that.
