We were looking for a twin bed for our spare bedroom so we grabbed this one. It comes wrapped up in a big box (I feel bad for the UPS driver as this thing was heavy!) and you just pull it out and cut the plastic to unravel. I have heard of some vacuum sealed mattresses having a bad lingering smell, but this one had no issues out of the box. As for the bed itself, it is very comfortable to lay on, although more springy than I was expecting (which isnt necessary bad, but in case a firmer mattress is your preference). The only issue I can note is that the stitching is pulling in a few areas, but its nothing alarming in my opinion. Definitely a great buy for the price and I am happy with it!
