The chair is solid, but not bulky and has improved my posture and as a consequence my back and neck pain are nearly gone, after a few weeks.
It was easy to assemble, unless you want to be super fast. The tool/key that comes with it was sufficient to fit all the screws. You only have to make attention to match the right and left harm rest with the correct side of the chair, I got it wrong the first time.
The head and back rests are easily adjustable and I a glad, as I am tall and wanted these adjustable to make sure they fit my back. The harm rests are not adjustable, but luckily are OK for me. I cannot comment on the pump to regulate the height, because once found the right position, I dont need to use it that often, so only time can tell. So far I am super happy.
