Im quite happy with this bed. I like the hardware they supplied, and the assembly process was straightforward. It pretty much uses one bolt-and-nut combo for almost every step so youre not drowning in a bunch of different sized nuts and bolts and screws on every step. It definitely had a smell for the first day or two but it soon went away. It feels sturdy too. Im 230lbs and it held me fine when I tested it. We made a few changes to this item,overall it is good.we like the under bed desk and storage shelves,my kid can put his stuffs there
