The slide is steep and kids come down fast and hard.
We love the look and overall functionality of this product. I feel like its needs more slats for mattress support. The gaurdrail on the top bunk is already loose which I anticipated immediately after I felt the quality of the bed once assembled. My daughter is only 3 and her leaning on the guardrail for story time will be problematic...I foresee having to brace it somehow with some extra stabilizing pieces of wood.
