I spent a long time researching beds across various sites and this is as my number one choice due to weight capacity. My older son sleeps alone up top but my 3 year old still wants a parent to snuggle with before falling asleep. Many beds had a weight limit of 200 lbs which just wouldnt be enough for a parent and 2 kids. The added bonus that these can be separated into 2 distinct beds if we wind up in a larger house with more room. The beds were easy to assemble and I did it myself up until the needed to be lifted over the full - thats definitely a 2 person job. Instructions were easy to read and follow, all of the materials were included and in perfect shape. Weve been using the beds for over a month and the quality is great - very happy and would recommend.
