I initially had issues with my order and immediately contacted customer service. The customer service was excellent. I returned it and was given a new item it took approximately a week from the time I contacted the seller that was mainly for shipping. I wasnt asked to jump through hoops, it was just a matter of being patient. I received it today and was able to assemble it by myself in about 1.5 hours , it looks great, stylish and is sturdy. I am very happy Thank you Jim
