My chair was sent back by my building management. I took it out on this great company that refunded me immediately. Sorry, I my accounting is not the best! What is most impressive is how polite this company is even when the consumer is wrong and kinda arrogant!! Sorry, when I toss out another old chair you will be the first on my list!!!!!
