    BEAUTIFUL CHAIR GONE WRONG

    SAD.I understand ups has a difficult tasksure wouldnt want their job but lets face it, we need themSo when the slightest detail goes south we are on the phone yaking away. Im at fault as well. My chair was sent back by my building management. I took it out on this great company that refunded me immediately. Sorry, I my accounting is not the best! What is most impressive is how polite this company is even when the consumer is wrong and kinda arrogant!! Sorry, when I toss out another old chair you will be the first on my list!!!!!
