After many hours of shopping around and narrowing down my list, I ordered two of the chairs. These chairs are beautiful, very well/made and yes, they are firm! They are firm but very supportive. I like a firm and supportive chair. It does not take away from the comfort, as the cushion is thick. These chairs are on sale by approximately 120 from other listings and I highly recommend. Note: if they begin to deteriorate, I will update this review, however, the material is very high/quality and I dont foresee these breaking down anytime soon. The setup was easy and we had each chair done within 30 minutes after unboxing. The instructions are easy to follow. There was no damage to the chairs, they arrived on time and were packaged with care.
