I think mine came with some of the wrong parts. I looked in the pictures and it showed me what was supposed to come with. It came with four extra un needed pieces. My dad installed it, he was a house builder and he had no clue what those parts were for. Over all, it is a great product, very comfy, and can hold a lot of weight. If it was not for the parts, I would have rated it 5 stars all around!
