My heart sank when I opened the packaging to see that this bed is assembled with those stupid allen screws, but then I saw the ratcheting allen wrench! FINALLY! Where have you been all my life? The bed itself assembled easily with very easy to follow instructions. Instead of labeling the parts, the parts were labeled with how they fit together. Connect 10 to 10, 9 to 9 and so on and so forth. I was able to put it together by myself in 40 minutes. Wrestling the new mattress on to the frame by myself was a different matter. Overall, it feels like real wood and of good quality. Ill update if anything changes.
