One big complaint is the cockroaches that were hiding in the layers of cardboard. Pretty yucky. But the bed frame fit our needs, no evidence of cockroaches lurking around the bed, nor taking up space on the bed with us at night. We could have done without the added pests. Just hoping I killed them all before they escaped in our new home.
