Our first bed frame was damaged in shipping - its a big, heavy piece of furniture so that happens - when we requested a return they were immediate in their response - they had a new one in the mail before we had the broken one repackaged! The frame looks just like ti does in the picture and I really like the headboard! It was easy to assemble and looks great!
