I received the Charlies about 2 weeks ago and the box was so badly damaged. I was certain something was missing when I started to remove the contents I realized that I was missing a leg. I contacted the seller and let them know what happened. They were great at communicating. I wasnt sure if I was missing a rear leg or a front leg so they just sent to both. It took about a week to arrive. Once it did I finally t the 2 chairs together and it looks even better than pictured.
