I have three issues with this sofa. First, it arrived in a pretty damaged box and the protective bag inside wasnt covering much of the sofa.
Second, the sofa itself was dirty. I think this issue may be separate from the damaged packaging because the dirtiest spots werent exposed by the tears in the box. Its like the hard edge of the sofa was dragged along a dirty/rusty surface before it was folded and boxed.
The third issue is the color. I ordered the light grey, but its really more of a beige color. I was expecting a more neutral grey. This color clashes with the rest of my room.
I know this is a cheap sofa, and I had set my expectations accordingly. But I think no matter the price of a product, if youre ordering it new you expect it to arrive clean and undamaged.
