Revised Statement: This product didnt last a week before they started falling apart.
Highly disappointed, the appearance is very good, and comfortable, but the is too soft, just normal moving in the chair causes it to wiggle lose, and in two cases, the back rest broke away from the seat as an adult family member tried to sh away from the table.
I would not recommend this product for anyone who has children, or elder folks who dont have have the strength to pick up a chair and scoot back.
Since I made this comment, I have received OUTSTANDING! Customer Service for the after sales folks, and not only have the graciously replaced the damaged chairs I mentioned the sent at no cost to me. Thought the quality of the chair itself is still in question, the After Sales Customer Service has been stellar, and I cant give them enough credit in their efforts to make amends, and it is for this reason that I boosted the sellers over all rating.
