Well, this is a darling chair, but it is cheaply made--so, of course, you get what you pay for. Although I spent more than other people on this chair, probably due to the pandemic situation, I thought it was still affordable for a second office chair in my work room. However, I will not buy this brand again because even at a cheap price I would expect it to be made better. There are four screws that hold the seat and back of the chair together. I could attach only 3 because one of the screw holes is messed up, wont let the screw attach or screw into it, so the screw just falls out. I have attached the seat with 3 of the 4 screws and am using it. It seems to be fine. I do not sit in this chair all day long. It is comfortable for the short amounts of time I sit in it, and I like the gold tone base instead of chrome, for a change. The wheels work great on my chair mat, havent tried them on carpet. The swivel works fine, too. It was fairly easy to assemble, except for the problem I had with the 1 screw. I like the chair, but I wish I could get a better quality one that I didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for. Oh well
