Everything you need comes neatly packed in a box, no bigger than the size of the headboard. Instructions are simple and everything you need is there. After setup, the headboard, which has an enclosed zippered back side (all the components came nicely arranged there in shipping), becomes a cool secret storage space! I purchased the set and added the 12 Zinus Green Tea mattress and Cover. Fantastic!
