What I liked about this product was that it was easy to put together and didnt take much time to set up at all. Also with the easy assembly I was able to quickly move out my old futon and put this one in its spot. This one was way smaller than the one I had previously owned. The downfall about this product is when it first came to my house the box was damaged and it had a hole in it from the middle of the box which caused it to have a hole in my seat. I believe it was the damage from the trip it took to get to my house. I then emailed them a response about the whole situation and the. I was able to get another one and it is great so far. I have plenty of space now which is something that I wanted to have.
