We bought this for our guest en suite, and we wanted to give them a spa/like feel. The finishes are beautiful and appear to be very high quality / belies the price for sure. The handheld has a very nice weight and feel to it. The fittings are brass, and our plumbers had no problem installing them. As others have mentioned, you may need 1/2 FIP brass couplings and/or 1/2 brass pipe nipples when you are ready to connect the shower head and handheld. The water pressure is good. There is a knob to switch between rain and handheld, and you can use both at the same time by adjusting that. The pressure isnt as high to either fixture in that mode, but it still works great. Customer service is great, as well. Our bathroom remodel took a bit longer than expected, and I lost the installation instructions. I emailed the seller, and they sent me a pdf with the instructions to me right away. Overall, we could not be more pleased. We will buy again when we remodel the other bathrooms.
