This was a GREAT purchase for my 3 year old son!! The pine wood is very sturdy and beautiful, it is definitely white which is what I was hoping for and it was very simple to assemble...it arrived almost a full week before it was supposed to and mine did not have any paint smell whatsoever, however the chalkboard isnt really a chalkboard but I am ok with it... if you are looking for a bed at a bargain price that is high quality I would definitely recommend this one! Lots of fun!
