The package is fairly large and heavy but everything arrived intact. There is a lot of styrofoam in the box which did stick to the pieces and got all over the place. I had to vaccum to clean up all the debris and remove bits from the parts while putting it together ( some of the foam would block some of the locks from closing properly.)
Assembly instructions were pretty straightforward and there was no problem following the pictures. The process was definitely easier with 2 people for attaching parts together and for maneuvering the frame. I did have issues with a wonky door hinge and a yellow stain on my top. I contacted the manufacturer via email and they were great with getting me replacement parts.
