Ive owned this piece for about a month and its held up to my expectations and then some. It seems like a well built piece. The counter top itself is sturdy and folds with no issue. Combined with a set of stools this is a good dining table for a family of 1-2. Build time took me 1 hour uninterrupted. You will need a bit of strength to put this thing together but nothing excessive. plenty of extra parts and good instructions. Highly recommend.
