Now that Ive done that, let me explain why.
These arrived quickly and seemed easy to assemble to start with, but the same screw on both the chairs we bought was nearly impossible to get to work!
Once my husband started over, he realized that the manufacturer had stapled over the same hole on both chairs (see pic), which is why he couldnt screw it in. He spent HOURS trying to get it to thread, only to realize a stupid staple was blocking it.
Once it was put together, it looks nice, seems sturdy, and is comfortable, but maybe check each hole before you start assembling so you dont struggle like my husband did.
Assembly hard. Chairs good.
