Assembly not as easy as hoped for, but chairs look and feel great!

We just got through assembling six of these, and while others talk about how easy the assembly is, my wife and I were challenged, especially on the first one. One source of frustration was the correct order of the o/rings and washers. There is no mention of how these go together in the directions. After several false starts, we decided that it should be the screw head, then o/ring, then the washer with the shiny side facing outwards and the flatter duller side then being flush against the wood of the chair. The loose legs are very easy to assemble. The five screws that attach the back to the seat base, proved to me much more challenging. My eventual success was deciding to lay the back flat on the ground and maneuver the seat above it. I started with the two screws along the bottom. There is less cushion in the way of those, so try to get those two screws lined up and get the threads to catch. Once those are stable, I could then use my weigh to push down against the cushioning, and gently tilt the angle of the seat until finding the position where the three top screws can easily thread. Some times, one screw would initially thread but then not co/operate and get jammed. Often, slightly tightening the other two screws will create enough tension between the cushions that the third screw would suddenly be moved to its correct position and could then be turned. Once all five screws are threaded and seem straight, work around in a circle tightening all five screws a little at a time. Once all screw seem all the way in, flip the chair right side up and slide under the chair and go through all of the screws again, including the four leg screws. The change or orientation will further shift the tensions, and allow the screws to be tightened further. Now that assembly is done, I can enjoy the look of the chairs in our dining room. They are very comfortable and look great in the room. We got the blue, and as others have mentioned, they dont look at all teal in person.
