Directions were missing. Had to call for them. The model number was not found on their website. Yes they did email it to me fast. It’s a little wobbly. Not too much but very light weight so I will most likely be replacing it shortly because I have fast growing boys. It’s also pretty short. Like if it was a little taller the trundle wouldn’t seem almost forced under
