Okay first let me say, Its obvious people do not like to read reading its fundamental everybody.
The zipper is not broke it is specifically designed like that to avoid from constantly unzippering it.if you was to read the description, scroll through the pictures or read the directions that came in the Box you would know exactly how to operate the zipper.
Secondly the red dots that are appearing on the cushions are not done in error nor is it anyones blood. Again if you read the directions you would know that those paints were specifically put there for you to know how to place the cushions inside of the slip cover so that way you are placing the pieces correctly when folding the couch up.
The cushions expanded the minute I cut the plastic open. I love the couch it was easy to put together my daughter is going to love it when she sees it ,I am not mad at my purchase. thumbs up.
