The 2 men who came to assemble it were pleased that my room was empty with only a dresser against the wall. They come up to check how much space they have in the room first, sat on the carpet, read instructions and were done in about 45 minutes. I was relieved that they threw out the box and plastics, leaving me with some spare hardware.
I gave them each a ten dollar tip because I was so pleased with the bed and their assembly.
It squeaks a little but only because I keep sitting on the footboard.
