Was able to carry up from garage a piece at a time. Not too bad for an old man. Assembly was simple. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Viewing the video before arrival was helpful. Impressed that the fabric appears to be very good quality. Mine ended up with fabric pinched where the two sides meet in the front, which I could probably correct by loosening the bolts and carefully re-positioning the fabric, but can live with it and dont have the time to go back through that. Was well packed for sure and arrived by UPS even though all the tracking said was shipped by FedX. The UPS guy was perplexed by that also.
My only real issue was that one bag of the silica gel beads had a hole and left these tiny round things everywhere which took a long time to collect and dispose of. They are rolled everywhere and I might have not found all. If your package has these, remove them with care. However, mine was punctured when I opened the carton. Packager might consider a stronger container to prevent this. Apparently they did their job though because my loveseat had no factory smell when I unpacked it.
