I was skeptical, like everyone reading this, about buying a couch online and especially after reading the 1 star reviews. Manage your expectations with the couch. It isnt going to be the most comfortable couch youve ever had.
With that being said, the shipping is simply amazing. No need to worry about delivery fees, delivery appointments, or complicated assembly. Mine showed up a day early. The box wouldnt fit through my tiny door so I had to pull the components out (not a big deal at all and they arent very heavy). Installation is super simple. I am not handy by any means but I was able to have the couch finished in less than 45 minutes. No tools required and ihe whole process is hard to screw up.
There is a smell that as of 24 hours has not gone fully away but not as bad as some reviewers have said.
The reason for 4 stars vice 5 is that the back velcros are a bit cheesy and seem to need some regular attention. This couch is best suited for being against a wall so that the back isnt visible.
Many poor reviews came after a couple of months of ownership so I would read those before purchasing.
