Paid the extra $20 to have this item delivered to the room of choice. Im on 3rd floor, so this was worth every penny! They put it down exactly where I needed it, and I never had to do any heavy lifting.
Size and profile are good- photo shows queen size bed in 11x15 room with half-vaulted ceiling.
In general, the instructions were good and included a helpful youtube video QR code. HUGE BUT- The pieces were inadequately labeled. The instructions identified the product pieces by Letters AND Numbers. The Letters identified the piece and the Numbers help match connecting points. But the product pieces were labeled with numbers only; there were NO LETTERS on the pieces. So I couldnt do an initial inventory to make sure all the pieces were there. And I had to try to match up all the numbers in order to figure out if I could even put the thing together, which was confusing. The Letters on the instructions were useless and confusing, and the inadequate labeling extended our assembly time considerably. Once we figured out what parts went where, it was a fairly easy assembly- much easier than furniture. I probably could have assembled it by myself, but having someone there to hold the headboard steady as i made the connections was nice.
Bonus points for including a mini ratcheting allen wrench for tightening (SO HELPFUL!) and extra screws and washers for spare.
Havent slept on it yet because mattress will be delivered later, and Ill update with sturdiness rating afterwards.
