First this review is written by a 74 year old out of shape male. 6 foot tall 225 lbs. The 2 excepts. 1 Common to all swiveling devices, listenengineers. I would like to have an easy way to lock and unlock the swivel. The second minor inconvience is maybe a head rest adjustable like in a car for really tall people? Just some thoughts for the future. As for the not getting both boxes of parts, I got an email the next day citing the 2 boxes and giving me a tracking no.for each. They arrived together and I was sitting in it within the hour. Rocks well, nice recline vibrators work but not important to me. Good back support.
