Seller came through and is replacing a non/functioning section of the rocker/recliner.
The product was shipped and arrived much earlier than anticipated. The exterior arrived in brand new condition. Not a mark on the rocker/recliner. However, the massage function on the back section was not functioning. I asked for, and am receiving, a new back section. It looks as if the new piece will be here very quickly. It is quite simple to replace since the R/R has six main pieces, all interlocking to make one unit. All/in/all it was a good experience dealing with the seller, even though there were a few bumps along the way. I would purchase again from this seller.
