I purchased two of these chairs in Nov 2020. They are as described, comfortable and worked very well.
In mid/March 2021 one chair developed a problem on the rocking mechanism, I flipped it and saw a bearing linking 2 arms had come apart. I sent an email to the seller who responded Sorry to hear about the problem, do not worry we will fix it. send us a photo of the tag under the footrest. I did and they shipped out a replacement. Absolutely no hassle. This seller stands behind his product
