Chairs come pre assembled in a folded position. Screws on the back were stripped, bent and not even fully seated in the chair. For 230 and the absolute nightmare it was to get (took over a week despite being prime and I had to physically go pick it up at the post office), to say Im disappointed in the quality is an understatement. We had purchased one to see if we liked them, but after seeing the quality theres no way we will be buying more of these, in fact this one will probably be getting returned.
