Couch arrives in two separate boxes / potentially delivered on different days.
We love this couch!!! Expected delivery was 9/16/9/23 we received it on 9/9 9/10 (in two separate boxes which initially concerned me). We reached out to customer support requesting information on the missing pieces and was provided an additional tracking number for the second box in a very timely manner. We love it! So comfy. So easy to put together. Small compact and easy to switch up styles if desired. We recently had a horrible experience with Ashleys where we spent 5x the money on a sectional that took 16 weeks to deliver and arrived with missing pieces and did not align properly. The ordering, shipping and assembly of this sectional was a breath of fresh air after our experience!
