Shipping is a pain and not communicated well. Like most people I received only 1 of the 2 tracking numbers and had to inquire with the seller about the other (emailing the customer support was much quicker than through ). Fortunately, the second box arrived only one day later. However its hard to imagine how anyone could possibly return this couch if they werent satisfied given the short time frame to complain and given you cant even assemble it right away. Also, good luck packing everything up in the original boxes again if you do!
Anyways, its certainly not the most comfortable couch and will be small for anyone above average height. But if you only have so much space (and budget) it does the job. Assembling it, you can really see its not the best made couch either. Some of the holes to screw the sections together werent exactly aligned, and the brackets to put the arm on one end are frustrating and not designed to really lock it in. So I also wouldnt expect this couch to last very long, but you get what you pay for.
